解决方法：

先装boost，建议装boost1.60，安装方法见：

然后继续安装libtorrent-rasterbar：

wget https://github.com/arvidn/libtorrent/releases/download/v1.2.14/libtorrent-rasterbar-1.2.14.tar.gz

tar -xvf libtorrent-rasterbar-1.2.14.tar.gz

cd libtorrent-rasterbar-1.2.14

./configure

make

sudo make install
